Silver: After years of resenting her mother for alcoholism, Silver learns that she has breast cancer. Now her guilt and responsibility as a daughter is threatening to break down the barriers between them. She visits her mother and apologizes for the horrible things she said to her. When Silver’s sister Kelly finds out that she’s been visiting, Kelly tells her mother to leave Silver alone. Because she’s bipolar, being around her dying mother will only send her into depression. And Silver’s mother steps up to the plate. On Silver’s next visit, she tells her daughter that it was a mistake to ask for her help.

Jen and Naomi: While taking advantage of a riding estate, the perks of her latest boy toy, Jen tells Naomi some news: she’s ready to file for divorce from her French husband. Unfortunately, she signed a prenuptial agreement. Now she needs to borrow another $100,000 to hire a top-notch lawyer who can work their magic and get Jen some of her husband’s assets. At first Naomi is infuriated that Jen wants to borrow another huge sum of money. But when Jen tells Naomi that she’s going to move out and sort out her divorce problems alone, Naomi caves. Unfortunately, Naomi doesn’t know the depth of her sister’s deception. Instead of spending the money on a divorce lawyer, she plans to buy a race horse.
A Spur-of-the-Moment Mistake
Adrianna: During a dinner with Navid, Adrianna random ends their relationship. Navid is shocked. He can’t believe her sudden change of heart. But Adrianna isn’t crushed. Instead, the first thing she does is text Teddy. They spend the following day together on the beach, and Adrianna can’t believe how natural they are. But when she asks Teddy if they can keep their relationship on the down low, Teddy says that he’s not looking for a relationship. Immediately Adrianna realizes her mistake. She never should have broken up with Navid. Is it too late to get him back?
Beware, the Dangerous Boy
Annie: Annie is really starting to enjoy Jasper’s company. She even asks him to go to a movie. But then Mark, the jock who she hooked up with at the end-of-summer party, warned her that Jasper isn’t a good guy. He’s dangerous. And now Annie’s starting to rethink her newfound friendship. She cancels their movie plans and tries to avoid Jasper at school. Annie thanks the jock for the tip, and he asks her to hang out. But neither notice Jasper lurking in the shadows watching Annie slip into the car with him. Mark takes Annie to a rooftop picnic. But things go from romantic to creepy when Mark starts put the moves on Annie. She tells him to stop, but he won’t. Lucky Jasper shows up in time to pull him off. Now Annie is in Jasper’s debt. But just because he saved her doesn’t mean he’s not dangerous.
