On Gossip Girl Blair learned that Yale doesn't want her. On One Tree Hill Julian was heartbroken after Brooke didn't say "I love you" back.

All of the seniors performed in the school play, “The Age of Innocence.”
Blair learned via a text from Gossip Girl that Nelly had replaced her as the only early acceptance to Yale after an anonymous tip told the dean about her teacher incident. She blamed Vanessa next, but finally landed on Dan, who she accused during the play’s premiere.
Dan and Ms. Carr couldn’t stand being apart any longer. They even tried to be together after Rufus caught Ms. Carr creating a romantic evening for the two at her apartment.
Chuck ran in to Elle again. Chuck tried to help her, promising her a new name, new passport and a new life. In the end Elle only wanted money, and when Skull and Bones gave her plenty of it she took off.
Vanessa and Nate almost had a falling out when Nate became very jealous of Vanessa’s relationship with Julian, the play’s director. Vanessa truly hated him though, so their fight was over before the hour was up.
Gossip Girl text everyone that the only reason Serena got in to Yale was because she allowed the school to send out a press release about her arrival. Serena first blamed Blair, but after Dan suspected Ms. Carr was sending the texts he explained to Serena that it was really his fault. He was trying to tell Ms. Carr Serena was different, but she used the information against them all instead.
When Dan confronted Ms. Carr about it she didn’t deny it. She said she was sorry, but he didn’t accept it. He also told Blair who the true tipper was, but Blair felt more pity than anger for Ms. Carr after speaking to her. Later, Ms. Carr sent Dan a letter saying she was going back to Iowa.
Chuck went to Blair’s apartment to see her, but Blair was out. She was at a hotel bar accepting a drink bought by Carter.
One Tree Hill, "You and Me and the Bottle Makes Three Tonight'
Lucas and Peyton learned that Peyton could die if she chooses to have the baby. The doctor suggested Peyton couldn’t deal with the idea of losing her baby. Lucas couldn’t deal with the idea of losing Peyton, but supported her decision.
Julian told Brooke he loved her, which she freaked out about. Julian wanted her to say it back, but she couldn’t. Julian believes it’s because she doesn’t think she deserves love.
Millie told Mouth she was going to spend most of her time in New York now. Mouth apologized and told her she deserves to be angry, but he couldn’t give her a reason why he did it in the first place. She told him they can’t go back, and they need to start over, but he told her that their relationship is worth fighting for.
Nathan and Haley spent a romantic weekend away to celebrate their anniversary, where Haley spilled the beans that she is suspended. Nathan sided with Haley and supported her idea of moving to Charleston. Nathan suggested Haley go back on the road.
Deb was supposed to baby sit alone, but Jamie invited Dan. When Jamie was asleep the two fought about Keith’s death, and he accused her of poisoning him years ago and inadvertently causing Keith’s death. The fight was interrupted by Dan’s beeper going off.
