Guide to the third season of Robson Arms, a dramedy series exploring the many characters in an apartment building. Feat. Corner Gas's Fred Ewaniuck and Gabrielle Miller.

The third season of Robson Arms introduces the apartment building's new owners, Chuck (Dave Foley) and Trixie (Allison Hossack), who will cause some problems for Yuri (John Cassini) and the building's other residents. Meanwhile, Bobby (Tobias Mehler) and Bobbi (Gabrielle Miller) are divorcing, and Yuri must come to terms with the fact that he is the father of her child.

Episode 1: Gila Monster

The new owners of Robson Arms, eccentric Texans who have just arrived after a trip to Mexico, throw a party for the residents. They try to make Yuri evict Bobbi for not paying her rent, and give him a jacket made of Gila Monster skin to inspire him.

Episode 2: Geeks in Love

Fred (Haig Sutherland) and Alicia (Jane McGregor ) are now happily married, but Fred's coworker Bark (Will Sasso) keeps intruding in their relationship, making Fred feel left out.

Episode 3: Mean Girls

Frustrated with her inability to find a good job and Bobby's non-payment of child support, Bobbi joins a support group, Single Women United Together (SWUT). When Bobby's ex-mistress Sasha (April Amber Telek) joins, Bobbi gets involved in a high school-esque feud to maintain her place in the group.

After a string of bad luck and work expereinces, Geoff (David Richmond-Peck) and Trixie convince Sault (Alisen Down) that she would be more successful if she could just think more positively.

When Stanley's (Kevin McNulty) ex-wife Frances (Lynda Boyd) comes to visit, Geoff worries that she's more compatible with Stanley than he is - except for the fact that she's a woman.

Hal (Zak Santiago) is working hard at his new job in animal control when his father Ramon (Joe Flaherty) shows up. Ramon says he's retired and plans to move to Chile, but it turns out he's made some bad investments.

Episode 7: Wrong and Wronger

Carol (Linda Kash) has a new boyfriend, Matt (Ted Whittall), but instead starts falling for Jason (Patrick McKenna), the single father of one of her students, who seems all wrong and yet just right for her. Meanwhile, Chuck and Trixie try to convince the residents to turn Robson Arms into a condo.

Episode 8: No Sex in the City

Sault starts writing a magazine column about city life for the single woman. Her sister Alex (Ingrid Torrance) visits and tries to bring her back to Toronto to be with her family. Meanwhile, Stanley falls in love with Annabelle Bonaduce, Sault's pen name for her column.

Episode 9: Cherchez la Femme

Nick (Fred Ewaniuck) returns from Europe with his new Belgian wife, Anke (Carly Pope), a hippie artist. Hal wants her out of the apartment, and her rude comments about Georgia's (Tegan Moss) artwork are the last straw. Meanwhile, Bobbi realizes that the Euros she's been receiving in the mail are real money.

Episode 10: Trixie's Honour

Chuck wants to continue their illegal scams and run, while Trixie wants to finish turning Robson Arms into a real condo. When she discovers that he's vandalizing the building in his sleep, Trixie believes that he's subconsciously trying to sabotage her.

Episode 11: Baby? What Baby?

Bobbi starts a relationship with her new boss, Dr. Jordan Cohen (Shaun Majumder), who is perfect in every way except that he hates children. Meanwhile, Sault's editor wants her to write a column about Geoff and Stanley's wedding, and Yuri returns to Robson Arms.

Episode 12: My Brother's Keeper

Val (Bill Mondy) needs a place to stay while he's under house arrest, but lets it slip to Bobbi that Yuri is Robbie's father. Meanwhile, Geoff is overwhelmed by his upcoming wedding.

Episode 13: Hero

Fred and Alicia try to gain support for turning Robson Arms into a condo, but when Fred finds out that Chuck is a liar and scammer he must try to make things right. Meanwhile, Bobbi finally gets her overdue child support from Bobby, but must tell him that Yuri is Robbie's real father.
